Class Rules:

  • Students will be seated and quiet when second bell rings.
  • All Students MUST wear their ID badge in hallways, entering class & leaving class.
  • Do not be late! Late unexcused  will be sent to IS.
  • Students will come to class prepared with notebooks, folders, and pens.
  • All assignments will be completed on time.
  • Stundents will respect the rights, feelings, and property of others.
  • The classroom is our second home, so keep it clean and neat. Vandalism will not be tolerated.
  • Food in the classroom , note writing to friends and writing on desks will not be tolerated.
  • All students will adhere to the "KNIGHTS CODE".
  • Ipods will be shut down, closed and put away or they will be confiscated & turned in to your administrator unless being used for an assignment.

THE FOLLOWING IS THE INFORMATION FOR SPANISH LEVEL I STUDENTS.
SUGGESTED SUPPLIES FOR CLASS:

1. Notebook or binder

2. Workbook ( supplied by the teacher
3. Pen, pencil and eraser.

  • Suggested necessary supplies: 2 pens, 2 (2#) pencils, 1 red pen, 1 looseleaf 3 ring binder with pocket, loose paper, 1 spiral notebook, 1 box of kleenex and LOTS OF ENTHUSIASM!
  • Assignments and / or tests that you miss when you are absent are your responsibility and may be made up if you have an excused absence. All homework is to be submitted in a timely fashion (for each day you are absent you will have 2 school days to make up your work). You are expected to complete your assignments to the best of your ability. Make-ups will be held on Mondays at 2:45 or Monday through Friday in the morning form 7:00 to 7:30 am, unless I have to atend a meeting.
  • Textbooks and workbooks are your responsibility. Do not damage or loose them becuase you will have to pay for thier replacement.


GRADING:


The following components will account for the student's quarterly grade
1. Tests - 15%
2. Quizzes - 15%
3. Homework - 25%
4. Participation in class - 25%
